FutureEntity — Route Pulse & Demand Planning Calculator
These Terms are the agreement between you and Sales Link Consultancy - FZCO, trading as FutureEntity, for your use of Route Pulse and the Demand Planning Calculator. How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
01
Who you are contracting with
Sales Link Consultancy - FZCO (“FutureEntity”, “we”, “us”) is a supply chain management consultancy licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA), licence number 006-0058192-110225, at IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We trade under the brand name FutureEntity.
1.1 These Terms apply to your use of any part of Pulse Supply: reading Route Pulse without an account, using the free Calculator tier, or subscribing to Pro.
1.2 Route Pulse is publicly accessible. Reading it without an account does not form a contract between you and FutureEntity under these Terms. The disclaimer shown with the briefing is what applies to anonymous use.
1.3 A contract forms when you create an account and accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, the contract is with that company and you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1.4 By accepting, you confirm you are at least 18 and are using the service for business purposes, not as a consumer. This service is built and priced for professional supply chain use.
02
What Pulse Supply is, and what it is not
2.1 Route Pulse and the Demand Planning Calculator are decision-support tools. They gather public information and apply supply chain formulas to help you think through ordering and routing decisions. They do not replace freight forwarding advice, procurement expertise, or your own operational judgment.
2.2 How the data is produced. Route Pulse briefings are generated by an automated pipeline several times a day. It pulls port congestion statistics from PortWatch, a public dataset published by the International Monetary Fund and updated weekly; queries news and advisories through a third-party search service; and sends that aggregated public material to an AI language model, which writes the briefing.
The AI applies editorial judgment to aggregated sources. It can mischaracterise, omit, or wrongly combine them. It has no access to live vessel tracking, carrier booking systems, real-time freight rates, or official government alert feeds. Every briefing reflects conditions as at the last pipeline run, and that time is shown alongside it.
The Calculator builds on that data. It applies supply chain formulas using disruption context from the most recent briefing, sea transit times from published ocean transit data, port clearance and inland haulage figures that are regional approximations rather than live measurements, and lead time variability derived from historical congestion patterns. These are estimates. They are shown transparently alongside your results. They are not facts, and they are not guaranteed to reflect conditions at the moment you act.
2.3 What the outputs mean. When the Calculator returns an order quantity, that number is the result of applying formulas to the figures you entered. It is not advice from a licensed professional and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. An urgency signal reflects conditions at the last data refresh and the inputs you gave. A port status reflects the AI's reading of the sources above; it has not been confirmed by a carrier, a port authority, or a freight forwarder.
2.4 Before you act. You are solely responsible for any procurement decision, inventory decision, or purchase order you commit to. Before placing an order or booking freight, you must verify current route and port status with your freight forwarder, confirm the lead time and routing assumptions match your actual supplier terms and carrier schedules, and apply your own knowledge to sense-check the result.
03
Free tier and Pro subscription
3.1 Free account. A free account gives you the Calculator's free tier: enter an origin country and destination GCC port, and you get the baseline estimated arrival, current disruption status, and alternative routing for that lane. The free tier is provided as-is, with no commitment to availability, accuracy, or continuity. We may change or withdraw it at any time.
3.2 Pro subscription. Pro unlocks the full Calculator: the complete demand and inventory form returning effective lead time, order quantity, urgency signal, latest order date, safety stock, reorder point, days of cover, gap alert, scenario comparison, and financial outputs when you enter a landed cost. Pro is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout.
3.3 Billing. Billing is handled by Stripe. On subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method monthly in advance, at the rate then in effect. The first charge is taken at checkout; later charges fall on the same date each month.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically. Pro access is suspended while the payment is outstanding. Your subscription is not cancelled — it remains in place, and access is restored as soon as a payment succeeds. You can update your payment method at any time through the billing portal.
3.4 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, under “Manage billing” in your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: you keep Pro access until that date and are not charged again. There is no minimum term.
3.5 Refunds. Fees paid for a billing period are not refundable. If you cancel part-way through a period you keep access until it ends, and no refund is issued for the unused part.
3.6 Price changes. We may change the price of Pro. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any increase takes effect. If you do not cancel before it applies, the new price stands.
04
Your data and our confidentiality commitment
4.1 We commit that your calculation data — both the figures you enter and the results produced from them — is isolated at the database level so that no other customer account can reach them; that FutureEntity staff access them only where needed to operate or support the service, under confidentiality obligations; that they are never used for benchmarking, model training, or aggregated market analysis; and that they are never shared with any third party except where necessary to run the service, such as storage by our database provider under a data processing agreement.
4.2 These are contractual commitments. They cannot be changed by amending the Privacy Policy alone.
4.3 You own your calculation inputs. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to produce your own results. That licence ends when your account data is deleted.
4.4 Our route intelligence, briefing content, and Calculator outputs remain ours. You may use them for your own internal business operations. You may not redistribute, resell, or build them into a service you offer to others without our written consent.
05
Limitation of liability
5.1 Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.
5.2 Subject to 5.1, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the total fees you actually paid us in the six months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
5.3 Subject to 5.1, we are not liable for any of the following, however caused:
- loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings
- loss of business or contracts
- losses arising from procurement decisions, inventory decisions, or purchase orders placed in reliance on Calculator outputs or Route Pulse briefings
- the cost of emergency or expedited freight arranged to cover a stockout
- inventory write-downs, disposal costs, or losses on stock that cannot be sold within its seasonal or commercial window
- production stoppages, or penalties owed to your own customers for unfulfilled orders
- losses arising from the unavailability, inaccuracy, or discontinuation of any third-party data source the service depends on
- losses arising from route intelligence being out of date between refresh cycles
- losses arising from a chokepoint status recorded in our systems that does not match actual conditions at the time you ran a calculation
- indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind
5.4 These limits reflect the nature and price of the service. Pulse Supply produces decision-support outputs from public data and AI synthesis. It is not an authoritative carrier feed, a vessel tracking service, or a certified freight rate service. The assumptions behind every output are shown alongside it, and you are responsible for checking them before acting.
06
Acceptable use
6.1 Use Pulse Supply only for lawful supply chain planning for your own business.
6.2 You must not use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools to extract data at scale; attempt to extract our routing databases or congestion datasets by automated means; share your account credentials; use the service in connection with any shipment prohibited under applicable sanctions; use it to build or supply a competing product; or attempt to bypass any subscription check or access control.
6.3 Sanctions. The Calculator shows a compliance note for origins subject to international sanctions. That note is informational only. We provide supply chain data and do not advise on sanctions compliance. If you see one, verify your position with a qualified legal adviser before proceeding. The absence of a note is not a representation by us that a transaction is compliant, and we accept no liability for sanctions breaches arising from your use of the service.
6.4 For serious breaches — sanctions violations, fraud, or systematic scraping — we may suspend or close your account immediately and without refund. For lesser breaches we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to put it right first.
07
Service availability
7.1 We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee any level of uptime. It depends on third-party infrastructure and data providers, and their interruptions affect us.
7.2 The briefing pipeline refreshes several times daily. Port congestion data from PortWatch is published weekly, so the congestion reading behind any calculation may be several days old when you run it. Every output shows the time of the data it used.
7.3 We are not liable for losses caused by unavailability, data source failures, or pipeline delays.
08
Intellectual property
8.1 All rights in the Pulse Supply platform — briefings, the Calculator engine, the underlying formulas, the interface, and content we generate — belong to or are licensed by us.
8.2 You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content beyond what clause 4.4 permits.
8.3 These Terms grant no right to programmatic or API access. If we offer that in future it will be under separate terms.
8.4 If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely without owing you anything for them.
09
Termination
9.1 By you. To close your account, email connect@futureentity.co. We will action it and delete your data within 30 days. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it through the billing portal first.
9.2 By us, for cause. We may suspend or close your account immediately if you commit a serious breach of clause 6.2, give false information at signup, or a payment on your account is confirmed fraudulent. No refund is due in those cases.
9.3 By us, for convenience. If we decide to discontinue Pro or the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and refund any prepaid fees covering the period after it ends, pro rata. We are not obliged to run the service indefinitely.
9.4 On termination your right to use the service ends immediately. Your data is handled as described in clause 04 and the Privacy Policy.
10
Changes to these terms
10.1 We may update these Terms. For a material change — one affecting your rights or our liabilities — we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
10.2 Minor changes, such as wording or formatting, take effect on posting.
10.3 The current version is always at futureentity.co/terms, and the effective date at the top tells you which one applies.
11
Data protection
11.1 Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11.2 If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on a data protection matter, the Privacy Policy applies.
12
Events outside our control
12.1 We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war or geopolitical crisis — including events affecting the trade routes this service covers — government action, failure of a third-party data source or infrastructure provider, or widespread internet failure.
12.2 This does not excuse us from telling you promptly about the cause and likely duration of any material interruption.
13
Governing law and disputes
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
13.2 Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the onshore courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
13.3 We would always rather resolve a complaint directly. Contact us at connect@futureentity.co before starting any formal process, and we will respond within 30 days.
14
General
14.1 These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Pulse Supply, and replace any earlier representations or communications. Marketing copy, website text, and emails do not form part of this agreement unless we say so expressly.
14.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
14.3 You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
